ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to pass orders on an application presented by the writ petitioner on 05.11.2012 for approving the school committee.

2. A perusal of the application, dated 05.11.2012 given by the petitioner indicates that the said application has been made for approving the school committee for the period between 09.07.2012 to 08.07.2015.

3. The said representation is for the period covering between 2012-2013. Hence, a mandamus cannot now be issued to consider the said request. That apart, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that civil suit in O.S.No.318 of 2018 is pending on the file of the Sub Court, Trichirapalli relating to the administration of the school. The parties are at liberty to raise their pleas in the said civil suit. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
