The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the authorities from interfering in the civil dispute that is pending between him and respondents 7and 8.

2. The local police have filed a counter affidavit. They have stated in the counter affidavit that they are not interfering in the civil dispute.

3. Recording the said statement made by the sixth respondent in the form of counter affidavit, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
