ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the Management challenging the order of the Labour Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Management submitted that there was an agreement between the parties. Based on the agreement, the entire monetary benefits is settled in favour of the second respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
