O R D E R

The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in M.H.S.Confdl.No.120/224 dated 01.07.2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, by name, Raja alias Katta Raja, son of Vijayakumar, aged about 22 years now detained as "Goonda" at Palayamkottai Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.5908, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 27.08.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
