ORDER

The present petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.144 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent in respect of the petitioners herein.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that pending the present petition to quash the First Information Report, the crime has been enquired into by the first respondent and closed as 'mistake of fact' on 06.07.2017.
