Prayer in AS(MD). 136/ 2021 :

To set aside the Judgment and Decree of the Learned IIIrd Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in OS No.54/2014 on 04.09.2020 and decree the suit as prayed for with costs by allowing this appeal by with cost throughout and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SUNDAR SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- as ordered by this Court in C.M.P.(MD)No.10578 of 2021 in A.S.(MD)No.136 of 2021 dated 02.09.2022.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 02.09.2022 has directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards costs before the Registry within a period of 10 days from the date of that order.

CMP(MD) No.8632 of 2022 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they have not deposited the amount within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.Considering the reasons assigned, time is extended by one week from today. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
