The petitioners herein seek speedy disposal of O.S.No.262 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Lalgudi.

2. I requested the learned counsel for the petitioners to produce the work load status of the court below. It is seen that as on date, as many as 1058 suits are pending. The suit on hand was filed only in the year 2023. Even in the year 2023, as far as 243 suits have been filed.

3. When so many suits are pending which were instituted prior to O.S.No.262 of 2023, it may not be fair or appropriate for me to call upon the court below to give out of turn disposal to the present suit. It is for the petitioners herein to approach the presiding Judge for speedy disposal.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
