Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The prayer in this Writ Petition is two fold. The first part challenges the impugned public auction notification. Since the period itself is over, the said part of the prayer has become infructuous.

3.The petitioner is also questioning the fixation of user fee tariff for the Daily Fish Market at Vadaseri.

4.This Court is not inclined to go into the said issue. The petitioner Association has given a representation before the 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent is directed to consider the said representation and take appropriate decision.

5.With this liberty to the petitioner to move the 3rd respondent and direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the said request, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
