No.15944/2021 on 12.10.2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.15944 of 2021 dated 12.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is suffering from viral fever, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
