India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned notification by the respondent issued under Section 6 of Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, dated 28.02.2014 in respect of dry land situated in Survey Nos.55/3 and 54/1 contained in patta Nos.1939 and 1626 of Maraneri Village of Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District respectively.
