O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to impound the Passport of one Mr.Sathasivam in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed a memo to the effect that in 2016 itself, he has handed over the bundle to the petitioner with No Objection to file change of vakalat. W.P.(MD)No.16411 of 2015 that he has no instruction, as bundle was handed over earlier to the petitioner herself.
3.Having come before this Court to seek such prayer, the petitioner should be vigilant. This matter appeared in the list on 07.01.2020. At that time, at request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this matter was adjourned to 22.01.2020. It is now contended that the petitioner could not be contacted, despite genuine attempts were made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. In such circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
