ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagercoil, to pass orders in Crl.M.P. No.7223 of 2019 within a time framed and thereby expedite the trial.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.M.P. No.7223 of 2019 for direction directing the respondent to send two samples to the CDL Kolkatta for further investigation. The respondent also filed counter affidavit in the said petition.

3. Considering the above the learned Magistrate is directed to pass orders on the said petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.7223 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
