: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide pay protection and continunity of service to the petitioner in view of Section 47of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and consequently, direct the respondents to disburse the regularised arrears of back wages and regularised salary, with other monetary benefits including annual increments payable to the petitioner right from the date of his reinstatement within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
