This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner, dated 09.08.2023, alleging that the respondent is trying to dispossesses the petitioner without following due process with the help of the Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that respondent No.3 has filed a complaint in C.S.R.No.857 of 2023 and enquiry has been initiated, however, the petitioner is not cooperating, thereby, enquiry could not be completed and it is submitted that the respondent Police would complete the enquiry shortly.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), since the complaint is stated to have been filed against the petitioner and respondent No.3, since the respondent Police have already initiated the enquiry, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Police in C.S.R.No.857 of 2023 and the respondent Police are directed to 2/4

complete the enquiry as quickly as possible not later than within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
