O R D E R

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent made a submission that the writ petitioner school itself is not functioning now. The Secretaryship in respect of the writ petitioner school was cancelled by the competent authority and now the Chief Educational Officer is incharge of the school. Two teachers alone were working in the school and those teachers were admitted in the nearby school.

2.In view of the fact that there were less number of students, the students were admitted in the nearby school and the teachers were re-deployed in the other school where the vacancy was available. Thus, the writ petitioner school itself is not functioning as of now. There is no point in directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner. If at all any grievance exists to the writ petitioner, it is left open to them to approach the competent educational authorities for redressal.
