This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.31 of 2015 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai, as against the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and this Court by order dated 07.10.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10891 of 2020, quashed the proceedings in C.C.No.31 of 2015, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai . 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
