This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Charge sheet filed in S.T.C.No.823 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II Court, Sattur.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the trial in S.T.C. No.823 of 2016 has completed and ended in acquittal on 12.12.2018.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are closed.
