This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender by another two weeks in Crl.M.P(MD).No.9145 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8520 of 2023, dated 30.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail granted by this Court will stand cancelled.
