O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2014, 07.02.2014 and 02.04.2014 for issuance of free house site patta at Government Poramboke Land bearing survey No.82/9A (Eastrn Side) extent 01 cent located at 11th ward Chockampatti Kaspa, Melur Taluk, Madurai District or alternatively to issue the house site patta by way of assignment.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 3rd respondent herein is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
