Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner submitted representation dated 01.08.2015 before the second respondent for annulling the registration of the document executed by the fourth respondent in favour of the fifth respondent. The case of the petitioner is that in violation of an attachment order passed by the competent Court, the execution and registration were carried out.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation was enquired into and it was closed. 2/4

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents (4 and 5), this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
