Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to include the petitioner's father's namely Subramanian Chettiar in the revenue records instead of Thongilan Chettiar with the further direction to issue fresh patta after correction in respect of the punja land comprised in Survey No.538/2 situated at Kolakkudi Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2019 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

W.P(MD)No.21026 of 2019 2.After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Writ Petition, but makes a plea to preserve the rights of writ petitioner to file a fresh representation on the same cause of action after a) arraying Thongilan Chettiar as one of the respondents b) filing the copy of ancestral documents and c) filing the correct patta passbook or some document to show that patta passbook, which shows the name of Subramanian Chettiar pertains to Survey No.538/2. 3.Learned counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement in the case file.

4.Permitted to withdraw.

5.Instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. No costs.
