Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and going through the materials on record, I am more than satisfied that a private dispute is sought to be resolved through public law remedy. The petitioner's case is that the private respondents herein are dealing with his patta land. If that be so, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief.
