This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings Crime No.807 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent Police, dated 16.11.2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the second respondent/de facto complainant, the first respondent police has registered the case in Crime No.807 of 2015 and completed the investigation and filed final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate and it is pending for taking cognizance. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
