JUDGMENT

When the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was taken up for hearing on 08.07.2024, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant had reported 'No instructions' and the Registry was directed to print the name of the appellant.

2. The matter was listed today after printing the name of the appellant in the cause-list. Even today, there is no representation on the side of the appellant.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the parties have resumed co-habitation and therefore, nothing survives in the appeal arising out of the dismissal of divorce petition.

4. Recording the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
