ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the respondents no.2 and3, not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioners representation dated 19.08.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have not harassed the petitioner. However, the 1st petitioner's husband was involved in a criminal case and thereby, they went to the petitioners house for search of the 1st petitioner's husband. At the time, the 1st petitioner represented that she has no contact with her husband. But, the Call Detail Record (CDR) particulars shows that she is frequently contacting with her husband. However, they have not harassed the petitioners as alleged in the petition.

3. Considering the prayer of the petitioners and recording the above said submission of the 3rd respondent, this criminal original petition is closed.
