ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail before registering the crime number against the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Vanitha, enquiry has been undertaken by the respondent police. During the course of enquiry, there was compromise between the parties. By which, the possession of the disputed shop was handed over to her. Based upon the above said undertaken, enquiry was closed. Hence, this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side),this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
