This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.56 of 2016 on the file of the respondent No.1.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Cr.No.56 of 2016 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - No.II, Trichy and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.1183 of 2019 and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
