ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the second respondent to appoint the petitioner as Anganvadi Organizer under preferential category of Widows and also under the Scheduled Caste Reserved category at Thirumanampatty or Arasanur Anganvadi centre.

2. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the very same writ petitioner filed another writ petition and this Court passed order in favour of the writ petitioner and pursuant to the said order, the petitioner was also appointed as Cook Assistant and now working.

3. Once the writ petitioner was appointed as Cook Assistant, no further consideration is required with reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition. Thus the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
