This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent, dated 12.04.2021 and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents not to acquire excess land from the petitioner's land. 2.The respondents have acquired the land and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate authority. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Since alternative remedy is available, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the alternative remedy. 2/5
