The order of transfer dated 20.02.2014, transferring the writ petitioner from Chennai to Kanyakumari Medical College is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was once again re-transferred to her original place at Chennai.
3.This Court is of the considered opinion that transfer is an incidental to service. More so, a condition of service. However, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner states that the grievances of the writ petitioner had already been redressed. Hence, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
