Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's counsel could not obtain instructions.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submits that the petitioner had already sold the petition-mentioned site in favour of one Stalin Babu. The said Stalin Babu is now running a tyre godown. Stalin Babu has given a letter to the third respondent and the same also been produced before me. The purchaser Stalin Babu has stated that he purchased the site vide document No.1154/2019 and that he is using it only as tyre godown and he is not intending to use the site for religious purpose. The purchaser also stated that he is not aware of the whereabouts of the writ petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the said subsequent development, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
