:Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings No.TNSTC/DGL/PF/WP.3859/2011 : 198 dated 16.05.2011 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to pay the pension from the date of his retirement i.e., from 1991 onwards with all monetary benefits there from within a time stipulated by this Court.
