ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to forward the petitioner's complaint dated 20.08.2024 to the second respondent to enable him to initiate proceedings under Section 164(1) BNSS within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and third respondents would submit that on the basis of the compliant given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.997 of 2024 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the 2/4
petitioner has given some donation in the year 2011 and taking advantage of the name found in the statue, he is attempting to claim ownership of the statue.
3.The petitioner has sought for a direction to the third respondent to forward his complaint to the second respondent. If the petitioner is so aggrieved, he can very well approach the second respondent directly. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
