The writ petition is filed challenging the charge memo dated 08.04.2014.

2.The learned Counsel for the writ petitioner states that pursuant to the charge memo, the enquiry proceedings were continued by disciplinary authority and the same had already been concluded. However, the final order is yet to be passed.
