Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the encroachments made by the 4th and 5th respondents in Odai and Public Pathway situated in S.No. 530/2 classified as Odai in Karanthaneri Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner representation dated 23.03.2022 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
