ORDER
The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.421 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, within a time frame.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the investigation in Cr.No.421 of 2024 has been completed and they are likely to file the final report within a week.
3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Mere filing of the final report is not sufficient.
