ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take necessary action against the respondents 6 to 11, who were following system of Ex-Communication against the petitioner's family and others consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 5 take necessary action to permit the petitioner's family to participate the village temple festival i.e., "Sri Pathrakaniyamman-Perumalsamy Temple Festival" schedule on 24.09.2019 to 01.10.2019 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and his family members Ex-Communicated from the village temple festival, namely, "Sri Pathrakaniyamman-Perumalsamy Temple Festival" to be conducted on 04.09.2019. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation on 07.09.
2019 before the third respondent, but, till date no action has been made out. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the fourth respondent issued CSR.No.140 of 2019 and completed the enquiry. But, they have not come forward with any amicable solution between them and as such he requested the fifth respondent to conduct peace committee meeting by communication dated 28.09.2019, which is pending on the file of the fifth respondent.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fifth respondent is directed to conduct peace committee meeting, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 6 to 11 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
