Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiroarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned order of the 1st Respondent in Lr. No.61016/C1/2011 dated 28.02.2012 and the impugned order of the 3rd repsondent in Na.Ka.No. 260/2012 dated 29.10.2012, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to collect the deficit stamp duty of Rs.10,680/- as demanded by the 3rd respondent dated 28.05.1999 and 2nd respondent in SR No.1072/1999 dated 30.11.1999, in respect of Doc. No. 2260/1997 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Parasala, State of Kerala, within a reasonable time as maybe fixed by this Court.

W.P(MD).No.7895 of 2014 was no representation on the side of the petitioner, even on the last hearing date i.e., on 09.02.2022 also. It can be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. 2.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
