Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Praying to direct the Additional District and Sessions Court, Dindigul District, Dindigul for the speedy disposal of the case in S.C.No.173 of 2017 and to dispose the above Criminal case within the time limit, stipulated by this Court.

ORDER:This Petition is came up for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 03.10.2019 and the requisition letter of the Additional Districrt Judge, Additional District Court, Dindigul vide letter in D.No.603/2020 dated 09.09.2020,this Court made the following order :- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.173 of 2017. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 03.10.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.173 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing the case in S.C.No.173 of 2017.
