ORDER
This writ petition is filed for issuing a writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the original National Trade Certificate forth with to the petitioner in the trade of Fitter, on the basis of the Course completion certificate, dated 20.10.1999 as well as the provisional National Trade Certificate, dated 18.04.2001 by considering the petitioner final representation, dated 13.10.2014.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents have no objections for issuing a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2014 in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court.

W.P.(MD).No.16652 of 2015 3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought for before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2014, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction.
(i)The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2014 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
