Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent dated 29.05.2018 and to quash the same and consequentially, direct the second respondent to grant permission to conduct the traditional game (Kabaddi) from 16.06.2018 to 17.06.2018 in pursuance to the "Kodai Vizha" of the Aathuvali Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman Koil situated at Aathuvalli Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
