This petition has been filed for a direction directing the 2nd respondent to provide police protection based on the representation dated 20.10.2016.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that on receipt of the representation dated 20.10.2016, after issuance of notice to the respondents 3 to 8, the 2nd respondent has conducted enquiry. After completion of investigation, closed the same. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
