ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioner which is subject matter of the property involved in SARFAESI proceedings in connection with Natham Survey No.515/8 situated at Elanji Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the third respondent, not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in future.
