ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.141 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the matter has also been amicably settled between the parties through Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached by this Court by an agreement dated 20.12.2016.

3. Recording the said submission, FIR in Crime No.141 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police is quashed. Accordingly, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21134 of 2016 this petition is allowed. The agreement dated 20.12.2016 shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
