Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned advertisement, Advertisement/MKU/Estt./NT/2013, dated 31.05.2013 inviting application for the Recruitment of Clerks /SWGs (Backlog vacancies for SC/ST/MBC) from the eligible candidates and quash the same and consequently, directing the third respondent to give a fresh advertisement with all relevant details of scheme of examination, date of examination, syllabus, objective or descriptive type questions, number of questions, marks for each question, qualifying minimum and maximum marks, marks for interview and other selection procedure which are essential ingredients for the direct recruitment of backlog vacancies.
