When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the minor girl (DOB 24.08.2004) of the petitioner was secured and now sent to 'Sakthi Vidiyal Home' at Muthupettai. The third respondent who has taken away the minor girl has been secured and remanded for the offence under POCSO Act and SC/ST Act. 2. The girl was produced before this Court today. On enquiry, she replied that she went on her own.

3. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
