ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate remedial action with regard to running of Flour and Savory Mills at Door No.2/264-C, Periyavilai, Nagercoil Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District and consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and third respondents and the learned Counsel for the second respondent. 2/6

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he had made a representation dated 27.01.2014 to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent in running the aforesaid Flour and Savory Mills without following the norms prescribed for running the Mill.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2014, action has been initiated against the fourth respondent and notice under Section 41 (6) (7) and (8) of the Tamil Nadu Public Health Act, 1939 had been issued to the fourth respondent herein.

5. Since action has already been initiated, based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2014, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

6. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority seeking redressal of any grievance, if the same 3/6
