O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Respondent/Contempt for not complying the order passed by the Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 7586 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022.

2.By the order dated 25.04.2022, the respondent was directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.38 of 2023 which is pending for trial. He would further submit therefore, the order passed by this Court dated 25.04.2022 has been complied with. 4.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 24.03.2023 NCC:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No dss
