Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent in Survey No.19/2 at Puliyankulam Village, Madurai South, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent has encroached the land in Survey No.19/2 at Puliyankulam Village, Madurai Sout and it is a pathway meant for graveyard.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the encroachment made in Survey No.19/2 has been removed and now, polls have been erected and there is no encroachment on the pathway as on date.

3. The 4th respondent has also filed a counter affidavit stating that he has not encroached any portion of land in Survey No.19/2.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
