This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.95 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.95 of 2015 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, and the same has been taken cognizance in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21242 of 2016 C.C.No.38 of 2020 and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
